Built on our own API
The same interface the platform uses internally is the one that integrates with third parties.
Platform · Data layer
Connects with what the chain already uses — through the same API that powers the platform.
A large operation never runs on a single system: it already has corporate ERP, BI, a negotiated acquirer, delivery, loyalty. The platform coming in needs to fit into that set without requiring everything to be replaced — otherwise the project dies against the resistance to replacing what already works.
Fragile integration is the point where data gets lost and support teams point fingers at each other. File- and spreadsheet-based integration is slow and fails silently. And relying on a closed connector locks the chain into a single vendor, which is exactly what a large operation cannot accept.
Layer 03
It's the data layer looking outward: what the operation and the platform produce flows out through the API and the Data Lake to the client's corporate systems, without locking the data into a closed format.
The same interface the platform uses internally is the one that integrates with third parties.
Tax and financial data reaches the ERP the chain already operates fully structured.
Multiple certified acquirers, to switch by rate without reintegrating.
Delivery and digital-menu orders in the same production queue as the dining room.
Data leaves the Data Lake through connectors for Power BI, Tableau, and other tools — and there is integration with SharePoint on Azure.
The consumption base feeds the ecosystem's relationship tools.
Yes — SAP, TOTVS Protheus, Everest, 8sys, and F360 are among the ecosystem's ERPs. The operation's tax and financial data flows structured to the ERP the chain already uses.
Through the API. The platform is built on its own REST interface, and that's how data flows — with a documented contract, no file exchange or manual synchronization.
The ecosystem — ERP, BI, acquirers, delivery, CRM, and at-table payment — is described here and on the integrations and certifications page in the technology section.
