Take the time to learn about their work, their service, the product they offer, and the profile of their customers. Do not ignore this information, because it is what will let you define more precisely what you can do differently and better to attract the public.

So it is not your neighbors that will get in the way of your business's success, but rather you doing things better and differently than the next place.
