On June 13, São Paulo hosts the 1st edition of Fórum Bares & Restaurantes, an event that promises a true immersion in a world of innovation, management, productivity and trends for food businesses.
The schedule, which features several success stories, also addresses the growing use of artificial intelligence solutions in the sector. The talks start at 9 a.m. and run until 6 p.m. at Expo Center Norte, during Fispal Food Service – the largest trade show for the sector in Latin America.

Event to feature talks focused on the use of artificial intelligence
A survey by Abrasel showed that 28% of businesses in the bar and restaurant sector already use artificial intelligence day to day and, of that total, more than half believe the impacts have been positive, most notably the gains in operational efficiency and the reduction in costs.
With that in mind, Fórum Bares & Restaurantes, an event held by Abrasel, will feature a series of talks focused on the use of AI in establishments. The Fórum takes place on June 13, as part of the Fispal Food Service program, in São Paulo. Tickets are already on sale at www.abrasel.co/3JovkEG.
